About the Role

We are looking for a Process Engineer III to oversee the installation, commissioning, and optimization of industrial processing systems. This hands-on role involves on-site engineering, training, process improvement, and technical troubleshooting for large-scale manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, process optimization experience, and a willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, start-up, and commissioning of industrial systems.

• Act as site engineer, engineering coordinator, and start-up engineer for projects.

• Develop new equipment, techniques, and process improvements.

• Conduct customer training sessions and create detailed documentation.

• Train new employees on company processes and industrial systems.

• Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance on system operations and troubleshooting.

• Produce daily progress reports, trip reports, and project documentation.

• Plan and execute project erection and commissioning.

• Provide technical support and recommendations for process optimization.

• International travel (up to 60%) required, often for extended periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or operations management of industrial processing systems.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, vendor documents, and maintenance guides.

• Hands-on experience with industrial systems and willingness to work on-site.

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills.

• AutoCAD experience preferred (or willingness to learn).

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple projects.

• Strong communication skills to relay complex technical information.

• International travel required (up to 60%) for extended stays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with combustion management systems.

• Knowledge of molten metal processing.

• Fluency in Hindi, Chinese, Arabic, or Russian (preferred but not required).

• Background in working with international customers and teams.

• Leadership and training experience in industrial environments.
