\nPayroll Administration
\nOwn the full-cycle payroll process using ADP WorkForce Now, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
\nStay up to date on all federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and labor regulations.
\nManage quarterly and year-end reporting, including W-2 generation, audits, and payroll reconciliations.
\nAdminister deductions, benefits, 401(k) contributions, and garnishments, collaborating closely with HR and third-party partners.
\nProcess and verify employee lifecycle changes—new hires, terminations, promotions—and maintain data accuracy in the HRIS.
\nReview timekeeping and PTO records, partnering with managers to ensure compliance and precision.
\nPartner with accounting to reconcile and post payroll journal entries and monthly accruals.
\nServe as the go-to resource for employee payroll inquiries, ensuring quick and professional resolution.
\nEquity Program Administration
\nManage the end-to-end administration of equity plans, including RSUs, PSUs, and stock options.
\nProcess all equity transactions—from grants and vesting to forfeitures and exercises—with precision and timeliness.
\nMaintain data integrity between HR, payroll, and the third-party equity platform.
\nAct as the main point of contact for employee questions regarding equity plans, providing clear and accurate guidance.
\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
\n5+ years of payroll experience; 2+ years managing equity administration in a public company.
\nCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation a plus.
\nStrong working knowledge of ADP and equity management systems.
\nDeep understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\nExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and multiple deadlines.
\nProfessionalism, discretion, and a high degree of integrity in handling sensitive information.
