Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff, promoting an environment of continuous professional development.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA standards.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Current pharmacy license in Utah.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution; Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
• Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting is essential.
