- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs when issues are identified during preventative maintenance
- Support maintenance of chip conveyors, mist collectors, coolant filtration systems, air compressors, chillers, pumps, and other equipment supporting CNC operations
- Coordinate more complex repairs with internal resources, machine tool distributors, OEM service technicians, or outside vendors as needed
- Assist with maintaining accurate preventative maintenance schedules, service records, equipment documentation, and maintenance logs
- Monitor recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective or preventative actions
- Maintain appropriate inventory of common maintenance supplies, fluids, filters, replacement components, and wear items
- Work with production personnel to schedule maintenance while minimizing disruption to manufacturing operations
