Note: Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Arizona with at least 1 year of litigation experience. Personal injury experience is a strong plus but not required.

Job Description
As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution — including some of the most impactful cases our clients will ever face. Day to day, you will:
- Manage litigation cases end to end, from initial client engagement and contract execution through pleadings, discovery, motions, and final resolution
- Investigate claims, analyze liability and damages, and build compelling litigation strategies
- Draft and file legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and trial briefs
- Conduct and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare expert witnesses
- Represent clients persuasively at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Review and organize medical records and supporting documentation to strengthen case arguments
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders
- Stay current on relevant case law, statutes, and procedural rules through ongoing legal research
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree required
- Active Arizona Bar admission required
- 1+ years of litigation experience
- Solid understanding of tort law and civil litigation procedures
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills
- Persuasive negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a paperless, case management system environment
- Personal injury experience preferred
