Our client, a prominent Amlaw 50 global law firm, is seeking a junior litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation Practice.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
- 2–3 years of substantive litigation experience
- Strong foundation in complex civil litigation, including experience with discovery, motion practice, and client interaction
- Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, privacy, and data-related litigation; specific experience in this area is highly valued
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience managing discovery processes, including coordination with eDiscovery and litigation support teams, is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Support a busy litigation team handling complex cyber, privacy, and data-related disputes, including class actions
- Assist in all phases of litigation, from case assessment through resolution
- Draft and review motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses
- Actively participate in deposition preparation, hearing preparation, mediation statements, and trial support
- Work directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams to develop litigation strategy
- Manage and oversee discovery efforts with the support of advanced eDiscovery and analytics resources

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary ranges from $235,000 to $260,000, as determined by experience and market factors
