Support the ongoing design, development and implementation of Total Reward frameworks for the ‘Executive’ Population to ensure the Company is able to attract, retain and incentivize colleagues. Manage all Global Mobility arrangements ensuring policies, processes and third-party contractual arrangements are fit for purposes.
- Advise Chief People Officers and senior leaders on sensitive executive recruitment, internal moves, retention awards, and exits.
- Manage the full join‑to‑leave process for executives, including compensation proposals, term sheets, offers, side letters and separation agreements.
- Calculate reward packages for external and internal moves, including complex buyout valuations across equity plans and cash incentives.
- Partner with legal and tax teams to resolve issues during the join‑to‑leave process.
- Lead Executive Pay activity during the annual compensation cycle.
- Maintain deep expertise in all incentive plans to support administration and handle complex stakeholder queries.
- Develop and regularly review reward guidelines for the join‑to‑leave process, including buyout principles.
- Ensure all executive reward arrangements are accurately documented, understood and delivered on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve, digitise and automate Executive Reward processes.
- Implement and administer share plan strategy and operations across discretionary and all‑employee plans in the US and UK.
- Source, implement and manage third‑party providers supporting Global Mobility.
- Appoint vendors through Strategic Sourcing, ensuring cost, efficiency and colleague experience are balanced.
- Oversee onboarding of new service providers and manage associated internal relationships.
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in Reward management, Executive Pay and Global Mobility.
- Experience of developing and implementing bespoke Reward solutions involving base pay, variable pay, annual and longer-term incentives and benefits.
- Experienced in developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in the administration of complex reward arrangements, external benchmarking, market analysis, design and implementation of policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent and ideally SHRM or CIPD qualified
- Software familiarity including advanced data modelling through Microsoft Excel, compensation reporting software and HR information systems
- Strong experience of Hay Job evaluation and market analysis
- Proven compensation management experience within a large commercial organization involving practical and detailed design and application of the existing reward policies and processes
