  • Represent plaintiffs in complex litigation matters involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, and employment law claims.
  • Manage all phases of litigation from case intake through trial, including investigations, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and courtroom appearances.
  • Conduct detailed case evaluations, analyze medical records, and collaborate with medical experts to develop liability and damages strategies.
  • Advocate for victims of medical negligence, nursing home abuse and neglect, workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions, discovery motions, and appellate briefs before state and federal courts.
  • Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, treating physicians, expert witnesses, and corporate representatives.
  • Negotiate favorable settlements and resolutions through mediation, arbitration, and direct settlement discussions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic legal counsel and regular case updates throughout the litigation process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare, economic, vocational, and liability experts to build compelling cases and maximize client recoveries.
  • Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, jury selection, and trial advocacy.
  • Stay current on developments in personal injury, medical malpractice, employment law, and civil litigation to ensure effective representation and legal compliance.

Salary is between 110K-160K – depending on experience plus bonus and benefits. Additionally, any case(s) you originate that get settled, you will earn 40% of the settlement.
