Customer Service Sales Support Rep
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Sales Support Representative to join a professional services organization with a national client base. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Painesville, Ohio, in the eastern Cleveland suburbs.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, supporting sales activity, and keeping client information organized. Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities

Respond to client phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

Assist customers with questions, service requests, documentation, and follow-up

Support sales-related communication, account updates, and client needs

Help identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Enter, update, and maintain accurate client records and reports

Coordinate communication between clients, sales, operations, and leadership

Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal team

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales support, client service, or office support

Strong phone, email, and written communication skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on open items

Professional, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers

Insurance, financial services, or professional services experience is a strong plus

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits

$40,000 to $50,000 annual salary, depending on experience

Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
