Location

Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a primarily on-site role with flexibility built in due to court appearances, depositions, and case-related travel. Attorneys have autonomy over their schedules while maintaining a collaborative office presence.

Note

This role requires at least 1+ years of litigation experience. Recent graduates without practical litigation exposure will not be considered.

Job Description

  • Represent clients in litigation matters from pre-trial through trial
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
  • Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy
  • Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and paralegals
  • Participate in case strategy discussions and client communications

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Active Nevada State Bar admission
  • 1+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience in medical malpractice and or general liability strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of state and federal court procedures
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
