§ Salary: $165,000 to $215,000 Base Salary (Commensurate with tenure; inclusive of a premier benefits package and performance-based incentive structures)
§ Schedule: Full-time, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed

§ Duties:
The selected candidate will immerse themselves in a fast-paced environment, serving as a primary contributor to a diverse array of complex commercial disputes. This role is designed for a practitioner who thrives on the intellectual rigors of high-stakes advocacy and desires a seat at the table during critical decision-making phases of a case.
The day-to-day responsibilities encompass:
⨖ Orchestrating comprehensive litigation strategies for a sophisticated client base, including financial institutions, energy corporations, and mid-market enterprises.
⨖ Managing the lifecycle of a file from initial intake and pre-litigation counseling through discovery, motion practice, and trial or alternative dispute resolution.
⨖ Drafting persuasive pleadings, substantive motions, and appellate briefs that require a high level of analytical precision and rhetorical skill.
⨖ Conducting and defending depositions of key witnesses and experts, ensuring the firm’s position is vigorously protected.
⨖ Representing clients in both state and federal courtrooms, handling hearings, status conferences, and trial proceedings with poise and professional acumen.

⨖ Active license to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, in good standing.
⨖ Four (4) to Six (6) years of dedicated experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably within a large firm or high-end boutique setting.
⨖ Proven track record of handling all phases of the discovery process and contributing significantly to trial preparation.
⨖ Superior writing and research capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex legal concepts into actionable advice.
