Compensation: $450,000 – $525,000 per year

Location: Hobart, IN

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow
- Clinic patients per day: 30
- Call Rotation: 1:6
- Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs, nerve decompression (carpal tunnel), fracture fixation, and microvascular procedures
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for chronic conditions such as arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, and congenital hand differences
- Manage acute upper extremity trauma, including revascularization and replantation where applicable
- Utilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joint procedures
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
- Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
