Labor & Employment Associate Attorney (Hybrid)
Pay: $185,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year

Location: Detroit, Michigan. Hybrid schedule offering a strong mix of in-office collaboration and flexibility.
Note: Must be licensed to immediately practice law in Michigan and have 3+ years of litigation experience. Labor and employment law experience is preferred.

Job Description
- Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other key litigation documents
- Support case strategy, legal research, factual development, and day-to-day matter management
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related proceedings
- Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful, business-focused legal guidance
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex workplace disputes and risk-sensitive employment issues
- Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Active Michigan bar admission required
- Labor and employment law experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
