Litigation Associate Attorney
Pay: $135,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Job Description
- Handle substantive work on complex commercial litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
- Manage fact investigation, legal research, and case analysis
- Participate in depositions, court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Work on insurance coverage and bad faith matters, depending on experience
- Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy and client service
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members
- Take increasing ownership of matters as skills and experience grow
Qualifications
- Active California Bar admission required
- Substantive litigation experience required
- Experience in commercial litigation strongly preferred
- Insurance coverage and/or bad faith experience preferred
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Motivated, professional, and eager to take on meaningful responsibility
