Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neurosurgeon to join an esteemed team at a 420-bed regional referral and Level II trauma center located in Dothan, Alabama. This full-time position emphasizes the delivery of exemplary neurosurgical care for a variety of adult neurological and spinal conditions.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive neurosurgical services, encompassing both operative and non-operative care for brain and spine conditions.
- Conduct neurosurgical procedures and oversee patient management in clinical and hospital settings.
- Engage in emergency coverage, consultations, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including neurology, neurocritical care, radiology, and anesthesia.
- Utilize facilities equipped with cutting-edge imaging technology and a dedicated neurointerventional lab.
Work Structure
- This is a full-time, hospital-employed position with responsibilities centered on a single campus, eliminating the need for multiple-hospital travel.

Qualifications
- Possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency is required.
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery.
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a medical license in Alabama.
