This client has an immediate need for a Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years of experience. This position is open to their Denver, CO office.
Qualified candidates will have experience in commercial real estate transactions including real estate finance, leasing, development, and joint venture transactions. Candidates should be comfortable working with sophisticated market participants and on complex transactions. Candidates should have superb drafting skills, excellent academic performance, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role. Salary will range between $235,000 and $290,000, depending on experience.
Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus.
