What You Will Be Doing

  • Orchestrate all plant operations including advanced custom fabrication, master scheduling, strategic procurement, and end-to-end outbound logistics to guarantee world-class delivery metrics.
  • Champion a lean culture by acting as the primary mentor on the floor, instilling personal accountability, cross-functional safety standards, and rigorous 5S cleanliness guidelines.
  • Partner with the production manager to diagnose workflow bottlenecks, streamline resource allocation, and bridge communication perfectly between engineering and the shop floor.
  • Drive operational cost-reduction strategies by analyzing material yields, optimizing vendor freight programs, and leading proactive waste elimination initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze plant throughput, evaluate prospective CapEx equipment investments, and implement standardized best practices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Distinguished operations pedigree featuring 8+ years of successful leadership as a Plant Manager or Operations Director overseeing complex industrial fabrication environments.
  • End-to-end supply chain fluency with deep experience auditing raw material procurement, shipping/receiving protocols, inventory control, and logistical scheduling.
  • Proven Lean architecture execution with a verifiable track record of utilizing Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and Root Cause Analysis to secure measurable efficiency gains.
  • Rock-solid career stability showing long-term organizational dedication and a clean background free of short-term job-hopping (3+ year tenures preferred).
  • Exceptional executive presence with the sophisticated interpersonal skills required to align front-line labor teams with senior executive leadership.
