Job Responsibilities:

1.Architect, simulate, optimize, and integrate the overall optical, mechanical, electrical, and control systems of DUV excimer lasers.

2.Lead the breakthrough of key technologies in core subsystems, including laser cavities, pulse power units (PPU), gas circulation and purification systems, and linewidth narrowing modules.

3.Address physical and engineering challenges related to high energy, high repetition rate, high beam quality, high stability, and long-term operation.

4.Conduct in-depth research on the physical processes of pulsed discharge plasma in excimer lasers to optimize discharge stability, efficiency, and electrode lifespan.

5.Lead the development of high-precision synchronous control, energy monitoring, beam diagnostics, and automated control systems to ensure highly stable and reproducible laser output parameters.

Qualifications:

1.Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Optical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Plasma Physics, or a related field.

2.At least 3 years of direct experience in excimer laser (especially KrF or ArF) R&D. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in leading or deeply participating in the full-cycle development of excimer laser products from design to mass production.

3.Deep understanding of excimer laser working principles, system architecture, and interactions among subsystems (pulse power, discharge cavity, gas handling, optics, control).

4.Familiarity with high-voltage pulse power technology, pulsed discharge physics, gas laser physics, ultraviolet optical materials, and coating technologies.

5.Strong hands-on skills and experimental data analysis capabilities, with the ability to independently design experiments, identify, and resolve complex system-level technical issues.
