Job Description: 1. Responsible for the research and development of ceramic materials (including hot-pressing preparation and other processes), covering new material design, experimentation, and data analysis. 2. Lead and participate in project implementation, control R&D progress, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time project completion. 3. Continuously monitor industry trends and new technologies, and propose suggestions for material innovation and improvement. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above (full-

time enrollment) in Chemistry, Powder Metallurgy, Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials, Materials Processing Engineering, or related majors. 2. 5-10 years of experience in aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic preparation via hot-pressing or atmosphere-sintered AlN substrate manufacturing (experience related to AlN substrates or electrostatic chucks/ESC is acceptable). 3. Work experience in ceramic forming processes is preferred. 4. Excellent logical thinking, rigorous scientific research attitude, and ability to solve problems systematically.
