Laser Systems Application Engineer
The Group is a market leader in high-precision laser systems for micromaterial processing. InnoLas Solutions, L-TRIS and Proaut, develops, produces and sells laser systems and process solutions for customized laser applications focused on micro material processing, depaneling, drilling, trimming and probing for PCB/PCBA and semiconductor applications on wafer level. With an installed base of more than 2000 laser systems, Our client is one of the leading global players for high-end laser production equipment.
• Key responsibilities:Development of laser processes for micro material processing
• Test, planning and documentation for customer projects
• Process support and implementation at customer site
• Implementation of process-specific training
• Transfer of development results into production
• Support for related departments in the US and Germany, such as sales and commissioning
• Physical Integration and optical adjustment of lasers in production machines
• Successfully completed relevant scientific/technical education
• Knowledge in the field of laser material processing
• Enthusiasm for mechanical engineering and automation technology
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit and manual skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
