Responsibilities:

1. Lead core technology R&D for solid precursor delivery system projects.

2. Develop design and R&D plans, schedule project timelines, coordinate team resources, and ensure successful product delivery.

3. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to oversee the entire product lifecycle, including design, component selection, assembly, testing, and delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant STEM field (e.g., Fluid Mechanics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering).

2. Familiar with 5+ years of R&D experience in Solid precursor delivery systems or related components for Semiconductor Equipment industry, with in-depth knowledge of solid precursor delivery systems, pipelines, parts, and applications.

3. Familiarity with domestic and international solid precursor delivery system products and upstream/downstream suppliers.
