Our client is a locally based 40-year, family-owned wholesale and retail manufacturer specializingin custom building materials based in North Gwinnett, GA who prides itself on delivering high quality customer service, precision craftsmanship, and friendly knowledgeable staff.We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant/Customer Service representative for the upscale showroom to join the team. The person in this role will be responsible for in-house sales support, proactive high level customer service, pursuit of sales from assigned reps customer base,answering the phones and general clerical work in our front office.Benefits• Competitive base pay• Employer-paid Dental and Life Insurance• Low-cost Medical Insurance Plan• 88 Hours PTO• Year-end bonus• Family-oriented culture with quarterly team events• Growth and Career path opportunitiesEssential Duties• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers as they arrive.• Help walk-in customers with information, quotes, and product selections for showers,shelves, mirrors, and more.• Support customers with paperwork, payments, and hardware during order pickups.• Efficiently answer and route phone calls to the appropriate departments.• Promptly follow up on voice messages to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed.• Proactively schedule customer appointments and create lead sheets and repair tickets,including processing payments when necessary.Required experience• One or more years of experience in a customer service role.• Familiarity with basic computer technology and systems.• Skilled at multitasking, balancing phone calls, customer assistance, and administrativeduties with ease.• Able to work effectively with diverse personalities and foster positive relationships.• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, staying focused and productive under pressure.Contact
