We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Operations Specialist to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with a construction general contractor or subcontractor, specifically managing self-perform crews and handling related operations. This role involves managing budgets, time, tools, client relations, and equipment, with a focus on improving overall performance.

Qualifications
· Two (2) years of experience with a construction general contractor or subcontractor firm
· Proven experience managing self-perform crews and related operations
· Excellent time management and organizational abilities
· Proficient in budget management and financial reporting
· Exceptional client relationship management skills
· Ability to identify and implement performance improvements
· Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
· Self-starter who wants to work for an EMPLOYEE-Owned Company
Essential Duties
· Crew Management:

- Oversee and manage self-perform crews, ensuring efficient and effective work
- Coordinate daily activities and assignments for crews, monitoring performance and productivity

Tooling and Equipment Management:
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all tools and equipment
- Manage the procurement and inventory of necessary tools and equipment

Budget Management:
- Assist in developing and managing project budgets
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints

Time Management:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Address any delays or issues promptly to keep projects on track

Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Serve as a point of contact between clients and the operations team

Performance Improvement:
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective solutions
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency

Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, budget, and crew performance
- Maintain accurate records of all operations-related activities
