As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization headquartered in Suwanee, GA.

Essential Duties

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience
• Provide training and development opportunities to employees to support their growth and career advancement
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on hiring, onboarding, policies, training, compliance, and recruiting
• Experience in civil engineering industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
