Summary: The Machine Operator is primarily responsible for setting up and operating multiple types of wire coiling machines, while following established processes and procedures. These processes include maintaining the company’s standards of quality by monitoring the quality of the parts being produced, through the use of measuring instruments such as gauges and calipers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Set-up and operate numerous coiling, stamping or four-slide machines within the department.
• Maintain an eye for quality on all parts produced on the machine.
• Reliable attendance.
• Miscellaneous other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
• Two years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to follow directions and retain information.
• Hold themselves accountable for a high level of performance.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Work efficiently and demonstrate the ability to multitask.
• Communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally on all levels.

Education/Eperience: • High School diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred. •Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
