Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an elite team developing mission-critical Cybersecurity Manager Applications. This role supports the advancement of high-tech encryptor management solutions used across global defense and scientific arenas.

You will work within a high-performance, cross-functional team, leveraging modern Java and React frameworks to build secure, robust software that enables successful missions across all domains of operation. This is an ideal role for an engineer who thrives on solving "diverse scope" problems and wants to contribute to national security.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical cybersecurity applications using Java (Enterprise) and React.

• Technical Leadership: Define project scope, schedules, and technical expectations; provide guidance to junior team members with minimal supervision.

• Systems Design: Architect and implement complicated software systems, ensuring they meet rigorous security and performance standards.

• Security Integration: Develop code utilizing secure coding principles and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates.

• Continuous Improvement: Research and apply new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve in encryption management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Security Clearance: Must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance at the time of hire.

• Citizenship: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

• Experience: 5+ years of job-related software engineering experience (or a Master’s degree + 3 years of experience).

• On-Site Presence: This is a 100% on-site role in Dedham, MA.

Technical Skills:

• Backend: Strong proficiency in Java/Enterprise Java, including Java Beans, Hibernate, and the Spring toolkit.

• Frontend: Professional experience with JavaScript and React.

• Database: Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Tools/Architectures: Experience with Agile methodologies and REST APIs.

Preferred "Nice-to-Have" Skills:

• Experience with Wildfly Application Web Server.

• Familiarity with RESTCONF Interfaces and Material UI.

• Working knowledge of SNMP and Digital Certificate usage.
