Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Assembly Assistant to help assemble USA Made products at our Cornelius, NC facility. Working alongside the Production Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and efficiently
while ensuring the quality and creativity our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the assembly of USA Made products and packaging
Follow detailed instructions and production processes
Prepare materials and maintain organized workstations
Perform quality control checks during and after assembly
Track inventory and report low stock levels
Assist in labeling, bagging, and preparing products for shipping
Support other production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team
- Reliable and consistent with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with hands-on work
- Previous experience in assembly or crafting is a plus.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Flexible hours available, Monday–Friday
