Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing exceptional care to patients with a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving the quality of life for our patients through personalized and effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding treatment progress and strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and ensure continuity of care post-therapy.
- Supervise and mentor clinical fellows, students, and support staff.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Utah.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire.
