With permission from TE, I am creating a Highly Confidential Role open order. I manage a lot of confidential searches and am creating a portal to be able to request network candidates for these roles and to provide TE members that I have engaged directly behind the scenes to work these confidential roles a way to submit their candidates.
1) If I am requesting one of your candidates with this role attached, you need not qualify your candidate to any standards. I will do that from my end. All you need to do is click send assuming you are interested in sharing. I will not be able to share details about the role but I will give updates on candidates that are qualified and moved through the process.
2) If I have engaged you in a confidential search specifically. Please upload your candidate to this order no matter which role you are working on and in the notes list for which position your candidate has been screened and interested. I will move them to the accurate pipeline and will give updates on candidates that are qualified and moved through the process.
