Location: Remote with regular in-person client meetings in the Memphis, TN market (candidates must be based in or near the Memphis area). Travel up to 30%.
Note: Must have 2+ years of business development or account management experience specifically in a TSDF or hazardous waste environmental services environment (no exceptions). Must have permanent U.S. work authorization.

Job Description
- Grow inbound hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste volume for a Memphis, TN Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF)
- Prospect and win new business with generators and brokers across manufacturing, chemical, refinery, and industrial markets
- Qualify waste streams, guide profiling conversations, and align customer needs to treatment options and facility capabilities
- Negotiate pricing, service strategy, and logistics in partnership with Operations, Transportation, and Compliance
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot CRM
- Build relationships with EHS leaders, procurement, plant managers, and engineers
- Represent the company at industry events and strengthen regional market presence
- Share market intel to support commercial strategy and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of business development or account management experience in TSDF, hazardous waste, or environmental services
- Working knowledge of RCRA regulations, hazardous waste codes, and waste profiling concepts
- Experience selling to industrial accounts and or broker networks (manufacturing, chemical, refinery, industrial)
- Comfortable in a consultative, value-based sales process with strong negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 30%
