Shipping and Documentation Specialist
• NuTEC document and material control duties to include but not limited to the following:
• Follows written and oral work instructions as required by customer specifications and company policy including but not limited to counting, separating, labeling, and packaging of product.
• Inspects completed product to ensure compliance with all customer specifications.
• Studies orders and other records to determine shipping methods required to meet shipping requirements.
• Enter data in the P&I ERP System to ensure real time accuracy of material status.
• Manages outgoing shipping activities to ensure conformance to requirements of international standards, company or customer policy, customer specifications, and customer web applications.
• Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of P&I quality system.
• Packaging of delicate medical components.
• Must be able to follow detailed work instructions as required by customer specifications and company policies.
• Ability to stay focused and work efficiently with tedious tasks.
• Other miscellaneous tasks are assigned by the manager.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capacity.
• High level of personal responsibility and process ownership.
• Strong technical capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal audiences.
• Safety conscious.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook preferred. Experience with an ERP system a plus. Education:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is preferred.
