Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French-Canadian)
Location: Kenosha, WI (In-Office)
Compensation: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
The Role
Are you a fluent French-Canadian speaker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for providing world-class service? We are looking for a professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Kenosha team.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through product selection and order processing. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, making real-time decisions to manage customer expectations while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor. Beyond standard support, you will act as a liaison between suppliers and customers, ensuring every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process incoming orders via phone, fax, and web portals directly into our ERP system.
- Bilingual Support: Respond to French and English customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, shipment tracking, and returns (RGA).
- Supplier Liaison: Issue purchase orders and collaborate with authorized suppliers to resolve technical questions or delivery issues.
- Program Advocacy: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product catalog to present new offerings, websites, and promotions to customers.
- Account Maintenance: Handle basic accounting procedures and support outbound telemarketing campaigns as needed.
- Collaborative Growth: Participate in cross-training initiatives to support multiple programs and maintain a seamless workflow within the call center.
What You Bring to the Table
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both French-Canadian and English (written and verbal).
- Experience: An Associate’s degree or roughly two years of related experience in a call center or professional office environment.
- Technical Aptitude: A natural curiosity for technical products, specifically automotive tools and equipment.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fast, accurate data entry skills.
- Soft Skills: A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while keeping a cool head.
- Analytical Mindset: A basic understanding of accounting principles and the ability to make informed, on-the-spot decisions.
