Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our team in the picturesque city of Missoula, Montana. This role involves delivering expert radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians, adhering to established protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments following physician prescriptions and established protocols.
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Phillips CT software.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to liaise with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety guidelines and regulations set by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other relevant agencies.
- Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking to improve patient care and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Certification in Radiation Therapy, in good standing, is mandatory.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.
- Proficiency in healthcare informatics and the use of medical information systems is advantageous.

Schedule
This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
