CNC Machinist

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes with precision and efficiency

  • Produce complex parts that meet tight tolerances, quality standards, and production timelines

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings

  • Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed

  • Work independently or as part of a collaborative shop team

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment


What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controls

  • Strong ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances

  • Experience working in a machine shop environment (1+ year preferred)

  • Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls is a plus

  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools

  • Reliable, self-motivated work style with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform shop-floor duties safely
