About the Role
We are seeking a Safety Manager to lead, implement, and continuously improve the company’s safety programs. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, reducing workplace risk, and fostering a strong safety-first culture across engineering, manufacturing, and field installation teams.
This position reports directly to senior leadership and will serve as the subject matter expert for all safety-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety programs and policies

Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, and local safety regulations

Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions

Manage workers’ compensation cases and return-to-work programs

Facilitate safety training programs for manufacturing and field installation teams

Maintain and update safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records

Track and report key safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near-miss reporting, etc.)

Partner with operations and project teams to integrate safety into project planning

Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement and accountability
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field preferred

5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements

Experience supporting field installation or project-based operations is highly preferred

OSHA 30 certification required; CSP or ASP certification is a plus

Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis

Strong leadership, communication, and training facilitation skills

Ability to influence culture and hold teams accountable
