Head of Finance 
 
We are looking for a motivated professional to play a pivotal role in an expanding organization. This position offers a unique 'seat at the table' where your contributions directly shape our trajectory. Offers a sophisticated hybrid work model and flexible scheduling.
 
This person will serve as a key partner to ownership, ensuring the company has
accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, healthy banking relationships, and a financial strategy that supports long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Accounting

· Oversee and take ownership of all bookkeeping functions across the company and its related entities

·  Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

·  Maintain accurate general ledgers, financial statements, and supporting documentation

·  Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and intercompany accounts

·  Establish and improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

·  Own all accounts payable processes, including vendor setup, invoice approval workflows, payment scheduling, and cash management

·  Oversee accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections, and aging management

· Improve billing and collections discipline across subsidiaries

· Monitor working capital and ensure timely movement of cash through the business

Cash Management, Banking & Credit

· Manage company cash flow and short- and long-term liquidity planning

· Oversee banking relationships and day-to-day treasury needs

· Manage business credit lines, lending relationships, and borrowing capacity

· Evaluate and recommend financing options to support operations and growth

· Monitor debt obligations, covenants, and repayment schedules

Financial Planning & Analysis

· Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and scenario models across multiple business units

· Deliver timely reporting and clear financial insights to ownership and leadership

· Track performance by entity, product line, and operating unit

· Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve margins and cash flow

· Support pricing, investment, and expansion decisions with sound financial analysis

Qualifications

· Proven experience in a senior finance or CFO-level role, ideally in a multi-entity or holding company environment

· Strong command of bookkeeping, accounting operations, AP/AR, cash management, and financial reporting

· Experience managing credit lines, banking relationships, and business financing

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with owners and operators

· Able to move between detailed accounting work and higher-level strategic planning

· Confident managing multiple entities with different revenue models
