Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate initial client consultations and conduct detailed policy reviews.
• Analyze and organize supporting physician documentation and medical records.
• Prepare and manage initial claim submissions and proof of loss documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong ability to multitask.
• Draft pleadings and manage medical requests, with experience in No-Faults claims.
• Comfortably interact with high-level professionals and handle sensitive medical and financial information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm, particularly on the plaintiff's side, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to legal practice.
• Commitment to a full-time position based in an office environment.
