• Conduct monthly reviews of apartment operational statements to maintain financial health.
• Quarterly updates and maintenance of operating proformas for all operating entities.
• Oversee consolidation of profit and loss statements and cash flow across all entities.
• Prepare detailed quarterly and board meeting books for executive review.
• Manage property appraisals and facilitate loan draw processes.
• Act as the main liaison with financial lenders to strengthen business relationships.
• Develop ad hoc financial models, cash flow forecasts, and analyses as required.
