Corporate Recruiter
General Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to join our team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles across multiple departments such as IT, marketing, accounting, and capital markets. This position requires a proactive approach to building strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads, ensuring a smooth hiring process while adhering to SOX compliance. The ideal candidate should be adept at conveying the company’s vision to prospective candidates, sparking interest in the growth opportunities available. Remote OK and will consider candidates within Eastern Time Zone and Central Time Zone
Primary Job Duties:
- Foster robust partnerships with hiring managers and department heads throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain SOX compliance by managing open recruitment documentation, ensuring no discrepancies during audits.
- Contribute to maintaining a new hire retention rate under 5%, supporting the company's success in reducing turnover.
- Efficiently fill positions with a target time of less than 30 days, adapting to the specific requirements of each role.
- Articulate the organization's story and vision to potential candidates, generating enthusiasm for strategic initiatives.
- Manage a minimum of 10 open requisitions concurrently, showcasing exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the mortgage or banking sector supporting a mortgage department.
- Proven track record in recruiting within the mortgage or HELOC industry, with a focus on enhancing new hire retention and optimizing time to fill.
- Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Experience in targeted, niche recruitment across various roles within IT, marketing, accounting, and capital markets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and achieving results.
