General Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to join our team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles across multiple departments such as IT, marketing, accounting, and capital markets. This position requires a proactive approach to building strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads, ensuring a smooth hiring process while adhering to SOX compliance. Remote OK and will consider candidates within Eastern Time Zone and Central Time Zone

Primary Job Duties:

• Foster robust partnerships with hiring managers and department heads throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain SOX compliance by managing open recruitment documentation, ensuring no discrepancies during audits.
• Contribute to maintaining a new hire retention rate under 5%, supporting the company's success in reducing turnover.
• Efficiently fill positions with a target time of less than 30 days, adapting to the specific requirements of each role.
• Articulate the organization's story and vision to potential candidates, generating enthusiasm for strategic initiatives.
• Manage a minimum of 10 open requisitions concurrently, showcasing exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the mortgage or banking sector supporting a mortgage department.
• Proven track record in recruiting within the mortgage or HELOC industry, with a focus on enhancing new hire retention and optimizing time to fill.
• Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience in targeted, niche recruitment across various roles within IT, marketing, accounting, and capital markets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and achieving results.
