Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team in Pryor, Oklahoma. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our maintenance activities by coordinating and planning maintenance tasks that align with production schedules. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency while minimizing disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks.
• Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to create, prioritize, and track work orders.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams to resolve equipment reliability issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to facilitate specialized maintenance and repair activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within budget constraints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
• Experience in the corrugated industry is a significant asset.
