Key Responsibilities:

- Take full P&L ownership to meet or exceed contribution targets.
- Enhance profitability by implementing cost control measures and driving structural changes.

- Maintain a claims ratio below 0.2% to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Lead client onboarding through kick-off meetings and SOP validation.
- Foster continuous improvement in field and back-office deliverables.

- Build a team of expert auditors aligned with strategic sales and lab goals.
- Develop new solutions to address customer challenges in sourcing and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical leads to enhance customer-centric operations.

Qualifications:
- Over 12 years of experience in the textile or manufacturing textile industry, with a management background.
- Proven leadership in quality inspection or operational roles within multinational environments.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control, with a record of improving profitability.
- Expertise in inspection and audit operations and team development.
- Deep domain knowledge in softlines or related industries.
- Multicultural sensitivity and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; French fluency is highly desirable.
