Join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining excellence in the injection molding industry. We are seeking a skilled Millwright to ensure the smooth operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on both preventative and emergency maintenance to optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on plastic extrusion machinery and related equipment to ensure peak performance and longevity.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems utilized in production tools.
  • Maintain, service, and repair injection molding machines, including models such as Nissei, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, and Engel.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and ensure all control and safety mechanisms are operational, engaging with OEM support when necessary.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management, including ordering necessary parts and maintaining critical spare components.
  • Execute both scheduled and emergency repairs to minimize production disruptions.
  • Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to efficiently conduct maintenance tasks.
  • Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems and ESA logbooks.
  • Install, repair, and test electrical motors, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, sensors, and variable frequency drives.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain simple control networks within the manufacturing facility.
  • Contribute to health and safety training sessions to enhance workplace safety.
  • Perform additional maintenance tasks as needed to support facility operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • College diploma, degree, or certification in a relevant field.
  • Certified Millwright (433A) and/or Electrician (442A) certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing setting, focusing on injection molding machinery.
  • Proven ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools for maintenance tracking.
