Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed legal research to support client advisory and transactional initiatives.

  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices in benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from a top-tier law school, preferably with honors or notable publications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits and executive compensation law.
  • Proven experience with complex corporate employment law or niche transactional matters.
  • Exceptional educational background is advantageous within this sophisticated environment.
  • Admission to the Tennessee Bar or capability to obtain licensure promptly.
