We are seeking a talented Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for the seamless integration and maintenance of sophisticated electrical control systems across various manufacturing facilities worldwide. Your expertise in PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting will be pivotal in supporting and enhancing OEM equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of OEM equipment at global manufacturing sites, both remotely and onsite.
• Provide expert technical service and support for electrical control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex control-related issues in OEM equipment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with customer control policies and standards.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in controls engineering or IT systems.
• Experience working with international teams is advantageous.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of control system design and implementation in global manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and electronic control systems.
• Experience in programming Rockwell Automation Logix PLCs.
• Proficiency with Rockwell HMI platforms, including PanelView Plus, PanelView Plus CE, and FactoryTalk View ME/SE.
• Experience in programming Siemens S7 / TIA Portal PLCs.
• Basic understanding of Ethernet-based industrial networks and architectures.
