Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and deploy cutting-edge automation tools, including RedHat AAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Maintain and optimize existing automated systems for peak performance.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure, applications, websites, and APIs using Datadog.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to enhance team capabilities.

Reporting Structure

• Hierarchically reports to the Managing Director of Technology Italy.
• Functionally reports to the Infrastructure Team Leader.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Extensive experience in the information security/technology sector.
• Proven expertise with Ansible and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong skills in IaC templating and automated provisioning.
• Proficient in using ServiceNow CMDB and monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Knowledge of job schedulers and source control management (AAP, Rundeck, Git).
• Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to deploy and maintain business-critical applications.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and management tools.
• Experience with cloud solutions related to compute, storage, and network (Azure).
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Powershell.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience in a RHEL environment.
