You will oversee all aspects of site operations, leading a talented team to achieve excellence in every project phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage on-site logistical operations, including jobsite mobilization, signage, and security.
  • Oversee material management—receiving, staging, storing, and ensuring timely deliveries for enhanced productivity.
  • Establish and maintain precise engineering controls.
  • Lead subcontractor pre-installation and weekly coordination meetings.
  • Manage the allocation of site utilization and lay down areas to subcontractors.
  • Continuously assess and fulfill labor, material, and equipment requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including environmental and pollution controls.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager for accurate and timely material and subcontractor coordination.
  • Identify and address under-performing subcontractors or team members promptly.
  • Oversee third-party inspections and manage inspections by the Owner and Design Teams.
  • Ensure successful completion of all punch lists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years' related experience or training.
  • Over 10 years of experience as a project superintendent in commercial public construction.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting legal documents and construction plans.
  • Expertise in creating and managing CPM schedules.
  • Capability to perform quantity take-offs and prepare precise manpower and material estimates.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and practices.
  • Advanced skills in tracking trades for accurate reporting and billing.
  • Strong understanding of structural shop drawings and MEP systems coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and their scopes of work effectively.
  • Strong conflict and crisis management capabilities.
  • Ability to lead and develop a diverse team successfully.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
