We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director with a focus on the construction industry, particularly in steel structures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of engineering professionals and drive the technical excellence of diverse construction projects, ranging from commercial facilities to public infrastructure. Salary Range: 150,000 to 200,000 NTD (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical planning, design review, and quality control processes for steel structure projects.
• Develop innovative technical solutions and ensure accuracy in structural design through rigorous drawing verification and approvals.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Provide on-site technical expertise and resolve engineering challenges that arise during construction.
• Establish and refine internal engineering standards, procedures, and quality assurance protocols.
• Contribute to bid preparation, focusing on technical documentation and pricing strategies.
• Mentor and develop the technical team to boost overall engineering proficiency and project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in steel structure or construction engineering.
• At least 10 years in technical management or roles requiring cross-department coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of steel structure design, construction methodologies, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to independently solve complex technical issues.

Preferred Licenses & Certifications:

• Licensed Structural Engineer (strongly preferred).
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Class-A Site Supervisor License (Taiwan).
• Senior Engineer title or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience with structural drawing review and signature procedures is advantageous.
• Additional certifications in welding engineering or steel fabrication are beneficial.
