Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled E&I Specialists to join our team in Pryor, Oklahoma. This role is pivotal in providing technical assistance for instrumentation and electrical control applications across various operations, including paper machines, secondary fiber processing, automated warehouses, effluent treatment, and boiler operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and manage process control systems along with associated field devices.
• Assess, program, repair, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, Drives, and other control systems.
• Serve as a consultant to operations and maintenance teams, aiding in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support capital projects and installation efforts for instrumentation and control devices.
• Manage system changes by maintaining updated backups, documentation, schematics, and drawings.
• Contribute to daily operational support, planned maintenance activities, and long-term capital projects.
• Engage in reliability programs like Thermography, Ultrasound, and Motor and Power Analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, or a vocational certificate/diploma in electronic controls/instrumentation.
• 1-3+ years of experience as an electrical maintenance technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in the papermill or converting industry.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical sensors, switches, controllers, instrumentation, transmitters, automated valves, and related systems.
• Experience with programming, monitoring, and modifying PLC and DCS control logic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with plant personnel, engineering groups, and contractors.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with urgency.
