We are seeking a talented and experienced Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is essential in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of sophisticated electrical control systems worldwide. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and supporting OEM equipment across various manufacturing facilities globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the installation and commissioning of OEM equipment at manufacturing sites both remotely and onsite.
  • Deliver technical service and support for electrical control systems efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to control systems in OEM equipment.
  • Interface with different internal departments to ensure compliance with customer control policies and standards.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in controls engineering or IT systems.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams is beneficial.

Technical Skills Required:

  • In-depth understanding of control system design and implementation in global manufacturing settings.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and electronic control systems.
  • Experience in programming Rockwell Automation Logix PLCs.
  • Proficiency with Rockwell HMI platforms such as PanelView Plus, PanelView Plus CE, and FactoryTalk View ME/SE.
  • Experience in programming Siemens S7 / TIA Portal PLCs.
  • Basic knowledge of Ethernet-based industrial networks and architectures.
