PROJECT ENGINEER (Food Industry Construction)

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Engineer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project scopes and overseeing construction and renovation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to facilitate project engineering and design.
• Mentor Junior Project Engineers and guide them in project management tasks.
• Develop and define project scopes based on client needs, conducting research and evaluations to support engineering and design processes.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all activities are on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety policies and standards to maintain a secure project environment.
• Ensure quality outcomes by conducting regular project assessments and providing detailed reports.
• Foster effective teamwork and utilize problem-solving skills for project success.
• Coordinate internal resources and manage project administration tasks effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Project for planning and tracking project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural) is mandatory.
• Experience in the poultry or protein industry is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
